Mema's Chicken Spaghetti

Jeweliet Coffee

1 Chicken cooked, boned, and diced (we use rotisserie chicken)

Sauté until clear:

 1 ⁄ 8 cup of butter

1 - 1 ⁄ 2 or 2T of olive oil

1 large onion (chopped) 

1 large green pepper (chopped) 

1 tsp of garlic salt

​

Add & Simmer 1 hour:

1 can of sliced mushrooms (optional)

1 ⁄ 2 large bottle of catsup

1 large can of tomatoes (I like fire-roasted)

1 - 1 ⁄ 2T Worcestershire sauce

1 ⁄ 8 cup of sugar

1 ⁄ 2 cup of chicken broth

Fold Together: Simmered mix and Chicken

1 lb of grated cheese (or as little as 1-2 cups due to preference)

1 ⁄ 2 large package of cooked spaghetti (Banza Chickpea pasta for Gluten Free)
